Haaga library has material on hotel, restaurant and tourism.

Customer service

Library personnel helps with using information materials and information searching. You can get hold of our customer service personnel also via chat.

Self-service library

The self-service library has longer opening hours than library's customer service hours. Use the library independently: borrow and return with the self-service machine or collect reservations.

Haaga-Helia students and staff have a wider access to the library with a Flexim key Mon – Sun 6 – 22. They can get it from the info at Haaga campus' main entrance (on weekdays at 8.30–15) by paying a 10 euro deposit. Use Flexim key to access library via G-wing entrance located on Nuijamiestentie.

Study areas

Library's study areas can be used during the library opening hours.

Group study rooms

Haaga campus library has three group study rooms with space for four persons each:

• Ryhmätyötila 1 Aromi (4) Kirjasto
• Ryhmätyötila 2 Evento (4) Kirjasto
• Ryhmätyötila 3 Shaker (4) Kirjasto

Haaga-Helia students and personnel can book the rooms online in Peppi calendar for the times of library's opening hours. You can search for the rooms with the code HA/G213 or the name of the room.

Using the group study rooms

• Don't make a reservation for a time period when the library is closed.
• Reserve max 3 hours at a time per day.
• If the room has not been occupied within 10 minutes of the reservation start time, others may use the room.
• If the room is free, it can be used without a reservation.
• Remember to cancel a reservation you do not need!
