You can use the Federation of Finnish Learned Societies' Finnish Publication Forum Project's 3-level categories as a tool for evaluating publications.
• Level 1=scientific publication channels
• Level 2=leading scientific publication channels
• Level 3=world top journals and series publications in a field

You can search for journals, series and publishers categorised by the Publication Forum project using various criteria.
